2025 Indiana General Session has kicked off! There has been a lot of activity already occurring the past two weeks since the 124th General Assembly kicked off. All four caucuses have released their priorities for the 2025 General Session. Thus far, the Health Committee has introduced several bills into session that have unanimously passed out of committee. These include HB 1051 (Mobile Integration Health Care Grants), HB 1200 (Opioid Prescription Supply Limits), SB 216 (Mental Health Professionals), SB 181 (Nurse Training in Trauma Informed Care), SB 176 Licensed Practical Nurses, and SB 163 (Social Work Licensure Compact).
