Aspen Medical Products - Follow Up Vendor Information from IACNS Annual Conference

Posted over 1 year ago

Hi all. Aspen Medical enjoyed connecting with you all at our annual conference last month and wanted to share additional information about their products and services. Below is detailed information regarding Aspen's products/services and contact information for their territory manager, Jason, if anyone is interested to reach out.

At Aspen we thrive to bring three key things to the market: Innovative Spinal Braces, Clinical Support and Simplicity.  As we attend conferences such as TQIP and STN we continue to hear the need to ambulate faster, reduce length of stay and minimize or eliminate pressure injuries. To summarize, we are attempting to minimize risk in your facilities.

Innovative products

-Our Vista Collar has been able to minimize/ eliminate ill-fitting collars for nearly a decade, Our Vista TLSO offers the shortest TLSO on the market and it’s the first adjustable TLSO on the market that allows your facility to make a simple adjustment to fit your patient throughout the stay at the hospital.  Our newest product the VRTX is the first cervical to sacrum (CTLSO) off the shelf option and our shortest adult collar we have ever designed.  Along with innovation our products have evidence-based studies behind them ranging from pressure injuries to motion restriction.

 Clinical Support

Aspen recently re-engaged our education team to offer onsite peer to peer education to help assist with the education needs for what we are seeing is a young nursing staff and/or travel nurses.  We also offer QR Codes, discharge instructions, and patient focused instructions so support you and your patients.

 Simplicity

We have the privilege of being in 70% of all trauma centers across the country and with that we learned our spinal braces have to be efficient for adjusting maximize your time. Our products are simplified to make the products as easy as possible to adjust to fit nearly any patient needing a spinal brace.

Along with the above we can often save a level 1 or 2 trauma center over $1M year in hard and soft costs. Please let us know how we can assist with current needs or to learn more about Aspen.
