CIOCNS 2023 Legislative General Session Updates

The second half of the General Session kicked off this past Monday. Of note, only a portion of the bills submitted to the House (178/ total submitted 673) and Senate (167/ total submitted 489) made it past last week's deadlines. HB 1330 and SB 213 did not make it past committee hearings.
