What You’ll Do
- Lead & Manage Health Center Operations: Oversee daily operations, including staff management, workflows, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all policies, regulations, and AAAHC standards.
- Drive Performance & Improvement: Manage KPIs, identify process improvements, and serve as the operations subject matter expert, leading training and development efforts with strong public speaking skills.
- Champion Employee Success: Cultivate a thriving team through talent lifecycle management (recruiting, onboarding, development, performance, retention).
- Provide Direct Patient Care & Coordination: Deliver hands-on care, conduct clinical assessments, manage care plans with attention to detail, and chart accurately in the EMR.
- Empower Patients & Drive Engagement: Lead and facilitate interdisciplinary care team meetings, conduct outreach, provide patient education, and empower self-management for chronic conditions.
- Support Clinical Innovations: Collaborate on program development, create educational materials, manage referrals, and ensure privacy.
- Oversee Logistics: Manage supply and pharmacy inventory.
- Travel monthly to 4 mini-sites in Kentucky and Indiana for operational oversight and patient engagement.
- Education & Licensure: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with an active Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Current BLS or CPR certification required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of nursing experience. 3-5 years in healthcare leadership or 2+ years of CareATC Health Center operations experience preferred. Proficient with EMR/Practice Management systems. Experience with EKG, vital signs, venipuncture, capillary, and injections. Motivational interviewing experience a plus.
- Essential Skills & Attributes:
- High critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and locations.
- Excellent patient education and public speaking/presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel monthly to 4 mini-sites in Kentucky and Indiana.
