Vendor Registration for 2025 Indiana Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists Annual Conference

Sponsor and Vendor Details

Tiered levels of sponsor/exhibitor participation are available. Podium recognition and acknowledgment of Dinner, Gold, Silver, Bronze levels will occur. All vendors will receive recognition and acknowledgement in print, on the IACNS website, and during the conference. In addition to table space, sponsors/exhibitors receive conference attendance for two representatives, lunch, and break refreshments.

There are limited Vendor spaces available. Reservations for sponsors and vendors are on a first come- first served basis.

· Payment must be received before a sponsor or vendor space is confirmed.

· Forms without payment will not be accepted.

· Registrations will be accepted until all spaces are filled and no later than October 1, 2025.
