Dr. McNett will speak on implementation science and bridging sustainment. By leveraging implementation science and implementation practice, organizations can enhance the longevity and impact of their interventions, leading to improved outcomes and more efficient use of resources. This approach is particularly beneficial for sustaining changes as it emphasizes continuous evaluation, adaptation, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that improvements are maintained and scaled effectively.
